My ingredients are sourced locally and are of the highest quality, ensuring that each bite is a heavenly experience. Whether you prefer the timeless and classic Victoria sponge, the decadent and rich chocolate, or the most current popular choice my tasty Biscoff. THE CLASSIC

There is a reason I've named this the classic, the timeless layers loved by most- THE VICTORIA SPONGE. My classic is made up with layers of soft, melt in the mouth vanilla sponge, whipped smooth vanilla buttercream and sweet strawberry jam. Its these complimentary flavours that make it the number one go to cake!

THE NAUGHTY & NICE

The naughty & nice- how else can you describe layers of indulgent chocolate sponge made with the finest cocoa and pinches of coffee bean for that rich chocolatey decadent taste. Filled with creamy yet fudgy chocolate ganache. Its the chocolate lovers dream!

THE LIGHT & LEMONY

My lemon sponge cake is a perfect choice if your looking for a light and elegant taste. We've loaded it up with a creamy lemon buttercream and tangy lemon curd. It's seriously drool-worthy.

THE FAMOUS

The flavour that is very popular with customers at the minute the famous Biscoff cake! The sweet satisfying caramelised sponges, layered with biscuity tasting smooth Biscoff buttercream and the famous Lotus Biscoff spread. Indulge in the exquisite taste of Biscoff in every bite.

Fresh and fruity, layers of zesty lemon and tangy raspberry, light soft sponge complimented by a creamy white chocolate ganache, a perfect summer combination.
